Delivery time – it will take approximate 5-7 working days to deliver the product

When you place an order, you will get shipping quotes and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options chosen according to area.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Return/ Refund Policy

• Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 10-12 working days
• Goods can be returned only once per transaction.
• You need to write to us info@shivdas.in within 7 days of your date of purchase.
• Products will have to be returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging in an undamaged condition along with a copy of the invoice.
• Once we receive the package from you and the returned item/s have passed inspection, we will issue a redeem coupon.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligation of shipping under the standard terms and conditions, if prevented from doing so because of an act of God, strikes, fire, flood, explosion, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, epidemic and / or pandemic events, interference by civil or military authority, accident, labor disputes, or labor shortages, or because the continuation of the services would be in violation of any governmental laws, rules or regulations or would cause or create any material safety, health or environmental concerns, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the party and not intentionally caused by such party (“Force Majeure”).
